Spring Day Trip
Parks Canada Visitor Centre - Tobermory
Date: Tuesday, May 6th
Place: Meet at Sauble Beach United Church at 8:30am
Time: Depart Sauble at 8:45am (Car Pool) to arrive at Tobermory at 10:00am
Self guided tour of facility and displays
Cost: Visitor Centre Admission is $7.75 Depart at 11:30 to head to Bear Tracks Inn for Lunch at noon. Meals are on your own.

Visitor Centre - Bruce Peninsula National Park
Sauble Parkway Cleanup
Date: Wednesday, May 21

Once again, we ask you to join the volunteers of our Men's Club who will walk the Sauble Falls Parkway to gather any trash that has accumulated over the past year and see that it is sent to the local dump. The Men's Club has taken responsibility for this annual cleanup for many years and we need your help.
Please join our volunteers at 6th St N and the Parkway at 9:30 a.m.
Be sure to wear rubber boots or work boots, and long sleeves and long pants. Gloves, safety vests and garbage/recycle bags supplied by Bruce County.
When the job is completed, we head to Laszlo's Bistro & Pizza for coffee and muffins.

Thursday Morning
Tee time starts at 9am on Thursday May 1st.
Price is only $15 for 9 holes on either course.
Lunch will be available at the restaurant after your round during the summer months commencing on June 26th .
Just let the staff that you're from the Men's club group and they will keep records of attendees for future donations to the Sauble & Area Men's Club.
The summer tee times start on June 26th at 8am.
Hope to see many golfers out this year with starts at the first tee each Thursday!

Horseshoes
Due to its ongoing popularity horseshoes is about to begin its 12th season. Every Wednesday commencing on May 7th we will begin play through until sometime in September.
Never played horseshoes? All are welcome, no matter what level of experience you have. You will enjoy the company and the game.
This fun event is held at the park next to the Sauble Beach Community Center at 2:00 p.m. in May, June and September and at 6:30 p.m. during the months of July and August as the weather permits.
