February Dinner Meeting

Dr Larry Schmidt will be our special guest at our February Dinner Meeting and his topic will be "The Meat, Men, Muscle, Macho Myth" which sounds most interesting, don't you agree
Dr Larry Schmidt is a Certificant and Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and was one of the first Diplomates of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, an exam he wrote at the age of 64. His rank at Western is Professor Emeritus, Family Medicine.

Dr Schmidt is a recipient of an Award of Excellence from the CFPC for his work in Lifestyle Medicine and is an Alumni of Distinction from St Clair College in Windsor. He underwent transformational lifestyle change in the last 6 years and will share his story of disease reversal using lifestyle as medicine.

Dinner will be served at 6:45 PM consisting of juice, a delicious vegetarian lasagna with garlic toast and fresh salad, choice of pie, coffee & tea all for the incredibly low price of $15. Also, if you owe dues for 2020 please bring an extra $10 to bring it up to date.
Pancake Breakfast
Date: Saturday, April 11th
Place: Sauble Beach United Church
Time: 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Our annual pancake breakfast has proved to be a great fundraiser and a wonderful treat for the entire family. With prices low and quality high it is a real bargain with a never ending supply of pancakes, breakfast sausage, coffee, tea, fruit and juice you can't go wrong. Come early and eat lots. Then why not volunteer to help with the serving or preparing of the goodies. Your contribution either by eating or helping will be greatly appreciated.
